Subject Special Opening Procedures for Select 50 TRAKRS Index Futures

On Thursday, October 31, 2002, CME will launch trading in Select 50 TRAKRS futures contracts with a Special Opening Procedure.  Regular GLOBEX trading of these new products will commence Friday, November 1.

This Advisory describes the details of the Special Opening Procedure and how to submit bids and offers for it.
